Ceiling has collapsed in one of the wards of Batumi Central Mother and Children hospital.

Four children were present in the ward during the incident late yesterday, none of them has been injured.

The collapse caused chaos in the hospital, with parents breaking some computers and equipment, witnesses say.

They were demanding the arrival of responsible individuals.

The hospital has apologized for the incident and ‘the discomfort’ sparked by it.

Police are looking into the case.

The collapse of one of entrances of a residential building in Batumi on October 8 killed nine individuals, including minors.
