Andrey Kasyanov, Charge d’affaires of Ukraine in Georgia, says that Russia is sending troops from Georgia’s occupied Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions, as well as from Armenia to Ukraine by land to fight ‘which points at Russia having manpower and army problems.’

Kasyanov stated today that Russia has not violated Georgia’s airspace so far for its goals in Ukraine.

“Despite the intention of the Russian leadership to hide the scale of Russia’s losses with manpower and equipment, there are already mass graves of killed Russian soldiers. The number of Russian captives is growing. Their rights are fully ensured in accordance with the Geneva Convention,” Kasyanov said.

Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24.
