Britain’s King Charles III has congratulated Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili and the Georgian people on the occasion of Georgia’s Independence Day.

King Charles III said he and Queen Camilla warmly congratulated the Georgian people on the national holiday and highlighted the longstanding friendship between the two nations.

The British monarch also extended his and the Queen’s best wishes to the Georgian people for the coming year.
