In Tallinn, approximately 330 voters are registered, and over 150 have already cast their ballots, marking an unusually high turnout. According to an observer at Tallinn’s 21st polling station, voter turnout has increased by at least 50% compared to previous years, reflecting a notable rise in engagement.

“The election process in Tallinn is progressing smoothly, in line with the calm atmosphere typical of the city and country. By 2 pm, around 50% of the registered voters had already turned out—more than 150 out of a registered 330—which is unusually high and at least 50% more than in previous years,” the observer told Front News.

The observer also reported no significant incidents or complaints, aside from a few minor remarks.

“There have been no violations, and the process is complaint-free. I’m confident it will conclude in a very peaceful manner,” the observer noted.
