De-facto official from Russian-occupied Tskhinvali hospitalised after falling down a tree

Murat Jioev, the de facto Tskhinvali president’s representative on post-conflict issues, has been hospitalized after falling down a tree. 

 

Local media reports that the incident took place in Jioev’s garden. 

 

Tskhinvali (South Ossetia) and Abkhazia regions of Georgia, which compose 20 percent of the country’s territory, are currently under Russian control.
