Local self-government elections are being held in Georgia today.
Voters across the country are set to elect 64 mayors and fill an equal number of municipal councils.
For the second time, elections are being conducted using electronic technologies.
The Central Election Commission said electronic voting would take place at 3,061 polling stations, while 777 stations will use the traditional paper ballot method.
The voting process began at 08:00 and will conclude at 20:00.
