Electricity tariffs to rise in Georgia from 1 April

Tbilisi residents consuming up to 101 kWh per month will see tariffs increase from 15.041 tetri to 20.041 tetri per kWh

Electricity prices for consumers in Georgia are set to increase from 1 April, following a decision announced at a meeting of the national energy regulator.
The Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission said household tariffs will rise by approximately five tetri per kilowatt-hour, while commercial tariffs will increase by around five to six tetri.
Under the new pricing, Tbilisi residents consuming up to 101 kWh per month will see tariffs increase from 15.041 tetri to 20.041 tetri per kWh.
Current household tariff levels are structured in tiers:
Tbilisi
0–101 kWh: 15.041 tetri
101–301 kWh: 19.053 tetri
301+ kWh: 23.537 tetri
Regions
0–101 kWh: 14.731 tetri
101–301 kWh: 18.708 tetri
301+ kWh: 23.227 tetri
