Elene Khoshtaria, leader of the Coalition for Change, stated that the opposition’s protests will take unpredictable forms and timelines.

Speaking after a meeting with opposition party leaders, Khoshtaria emphasized that the protests would not follow a predetermined schedule, aiming to catch the ruling Georgian Dream party off guard.

“We have repeatedly said that our approach to street protests is specific, and we do not plan to announce in advance when or how we will act. Our protests will always be unexpected and will take various forms. We’ve had thorough discussions on all of these matters and have reached a consensus,” Khoshtaria said.

She reassured the public that protests are ongoing, promising that they will continue at an unpredictable pace, with varying formats and at surprising times, all geared toward achieving concrete results.

The opposition leaders’ meeting at the Strong Georgia office focused mainly on the organization of future protests, with plans in place to ramp up their efforts against the current government.
