Due to heavy snow on the Goderdze pass, in western Georgia, three vehicles carrying eight people were unable to continue.

The emergency situation management service reported on Monday that firemen and rescuers pulled out the citizens stuck in the snow.

“As a result of the mobilization of all relevant special equipment by the fire-rescuers, the vehicles stuck in the snow were freed from the snow cover, and the citizens were safely transported to a safe place,” the agency said.
