EU reiterates support for Georgia on National Flag Day

The European Union has extended warm wishes to the Georgian people on the occasion of Georgian Flag Day on Tuesday, emphasizing the nation’s rich history and resilience.

In a statement shared on social media, the EU Delegation to Georgia expressed hope for the country’s future integration into the European family.

“On Georgian Flag Day, we are reminded of Georgia’s rich history and the resolve of its people. We hope this flag will be part of the European family one day. Let the Georgian flag always fly high!” the message read.
