Ex-pres. Saakashvili needs additional checks over joint issues, tuberculosis – lawyer

Shalva Khachapuridze, the lawyer of arrested third president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili, said on Wednesday that the former top official is in need of additional checks over joint issues and tuberculosis. 

 

“After yesterday’s checks over tuberculosis, it became necessary to conduct additional examinations, both regarding the joint problems  and tuberculosis. We are talking about two diseases, joint pain and tuberculosis”, said the lawyer. 

 

The dometic organization Empathy centre is scheduled to produce a report on Saakashvili’s heath later this week.
