The capital of France is suffering from flooding. Flood peak is expected today, February 3rd.

This is stated in the TSN plot.

After several weeks of heavy rainfall, the Seine overflowed its banks. The water level in the river has risen by 4 meters. Due to flooding, the Parisian authorities closed several sections on the embankments. Some roads and underpasses were blocked.

In Paris, they announced a "yellow" hazard level, predicting that the water could rise another meter.
