Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchaishvili said on Monday that he expected “concrete results” from the Georgian prime minister Irakli Garibashvili’s recent visit to Egypt, for the 27th UN climate change conference.

The visit has already begun, after the Georgian delegation left for the country on Sunday.

Darchiashvili said that the head of the Georgian government would address the conference, “where all the challenges seen from the prism of Georgia and all the plans that our country has in order to take effective steps in this direction will be voiced”.

“I am sure that the participation of the Georgian delegation will bring concrete tangible results”, said Darchiashvili.
