New British Ambassador to Georgia reflects on first week in office

The newly appointed British Ambassador to Georgia,Gareth Ward, has completed his first week in the role, expressing enthusiasm for his return to the country after 25 years.

In a message shared on social media, Ward emphasized his commitment to fostering prosperity and security for both the British and Georgian people.

During his initial week, Ward presented his credentials to President Salome Zourabichvili and held discussions with the Minister of Foreign Affairs regarding bilateral relations. He expressed eagerness to begin his work in strengthening the ties between the two nations.
