Georgia’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Geka Geladze, on Friday visited the ministry’s Health Service, accompanied by Deputy Minister Mariam Tabatadze, to review infrastructure and gain insight into the daily operations of the medical team, the MIA press office said. 

The Head of the Health Service, Guram Amiridze, briefed the minister and his deputy on the service’s key functions, available medical support, and the role of healthcare personnel.

During the visit, Geladze highlighted the ministry’s commitment to employee wellbeing, describing it as a “central priority” in the ministry’s broader strategy.

He also expressed his appreciation to the medical staff for their dedication and professionalism.
