Georgia’s Interior Minister Geka Geladze took part in a working session held within the Ambassadors’ Conference 2025, titled “Diplomacy in the Service of National Defence and Security.”

The Interior Ministry’s press office said Geladze briefed members of Georgia’s diplomatic corps on ongoing and planned reforms within the Ministry, recent police operations against organised crime, including drug-related offences, and the country’s migration policy.

The Minister also focused on the body’s international cooperation and relations with partner countries, highlighting in particular the importance of expanding the network of police attachés.

The session was held in a question-and-answer format, allowing representatives of Georgia’s diplomatic corps to receive detailed information from the minister on issues of interest.
