Geladze is also scheduled to tour several police units of Turkey’s Interior Ministry

Georgia’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Geka Geladze, is on an official visit to Turkey, where he is being hosted by Turkey’s Interior Minister, Ali Yerlikaya, the Georgian Interior Ministry has said.

According to the ministry’s press service, the visit includes a bilateral meeting between the two ministers, during which they are expected to discuss existing cooperation between Georgia and Turkey in the field of law enforcement, prospects for deepening that partnership, and priority areas for future collaboration.

As part of the visit, Geladze is also scheduled to tour several police units of Turkey’s Interior Ministry, where he will be briefed on their operational practices and infrastructure.
