Georgia records 17,530 new cases of Covid, active cases stand at 100,013

Georgia has reported 17,530 new cases of coronavirus, 5,087 recoveries, and 39 deaths in the past 24 hours. 

 

100,013 remain infected with coronavirus in Georgia as of now.

 

The new cases are as follows in Tbilisi and regions:

 

Tbilisi – 9,487 cases 

 

Adjara – 1,958 cases 

 

Imereti – 1,990 cases 

 

Kvemo Kartli – 831 cases 

 

Shida Kartli – 877 cases 

 

Guria – 240 cases 

 

Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti – 680 cases 

 

Kakheti – 704 cases 

 

Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 391 cases 

 

Samtskhe-Javakheti – 310 cases 

 

Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 62 cases

 

1,212,744 people have been fully vaccinated in the country.
