Georgia reports 11,802 cases of Covid in a week, 10 deaths

Georgia has reported 11,802 cases of coronavirus between July 24 and July 31 out of the 76,309 tests. 

The virus has claimed 10 lives in the reported period, the National Centre for Disease Control of Georgia said on Tuesday. 

The health authorities have warned the public of an upward trend, encouraging them to get the Covid shot. 

Georgia has confirmed 1,686,218 cases of coronavirus since February 2020.

The virus has claimed 16,859 lives since April 2020,
