Georgia reports 2,410 new cases of Covid, 1,516 people recovered

Georgia has reported 2,410 new cases of coronavirus out of 34,918 tests in the last 24 hours, including 20,262 rapid tests and 14,656 PRC tests.
1,516 people have recovered from the virus in the reported period, while the total number of recovered individuals since March 2020 stands at 594,669.
24 individuals died from Covid across the country in the past 24 hours.
Total deaths since early 2020 stand at 9,134.
700 of 2,410 new cases were reported in capital Tbilisi.

At this stage active cases stand at 20,001, of which 4077 individuals are being treated in hospitals, including 1,459 in Tbilisi hospitals, 348 in Adjara, 902 in Imereti regions.
Currently the health condition of 965 patients is serious, including 31 in Tbilisi, 96 in Adjara, 291 in Imereti.
255 people are on artificial ventilation, including 138 in Tbilisi, 26 in Adjara, 28 in Imereti.
623 people are in Covid hotels, including 307 in Tbilisi, 18 in Adjara.
15,301 people receive treatment at home.
52 people are placed in quarantine, including 52 in Tbilisi, while 0 in Adjara.
At this stage 15613 people are in self isolation.
