Georgia reports 3,454 new cases of coronavirus, active cases stand at 44,723

Georgia has reported 3,454 new cases of coronavirus of 50,623 tests, 3,334 recoveries and 49 deaths in the past 24 hours.
44,723 remain infected with COVID-19 in Georgia as of now.882,822 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia since February 26, 2020, of which 825,442 patients have recovered and 12,631 have died from the virus.
The new cases for Tbilisi and regions are as follows:
Tbilisi – 1,575 cases
Adjara – 148 cases
Imereti – 543 cases
Kvemo Kartli – 226 cases
Shida Kartli – 280 cases
Guria – 93 cases
Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti – 236 cases
Kakheti – 166 cases
Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 86 cases
Samtskhe-Javakheti – 84 cases
Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 17 cases
6,266 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals as of today.
37,285 people remain at home due to a mild form of the virus.
39,574 individuals are in self-isolation.1,217,674 individuals have gotten at least one shot of any vaccine in the country since March 2021, while 1,033,455 people have been fully vaccinated.
