Georgia reports 5,204 new cases of coronavirus, 52,765 remain infected

Georgia has reported 5,204 new cases of coronavirus out of 52,834 tests, 4,785 recoveries and 83 deaths in the past 24 hours.
52,765 remain infected with Covid-19 in Georgia as of today.
The country has had 791,115 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020, of which 727,184 have recovered, while 11,140 have died from the virus.
The new cases for Tbilisi and regions are as follows:
Tbilisi – 1,857 cases
Adjara – 210 cases
Imereti – 1,008 cases
Kvemo Kartli – 308 cases
Shida Kartli – 435 cases
Guria – 148 cases
Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti – 443 cases
Kakheti – 384 cases
Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 168 cases
Samtskhe-Javakheti – 168 cases
Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 75 cases
6,718 patients are currently undergoing treatment in hospitals, while 44,891 patients remain at home.
46,100 individuals are in self isolation. 2,057,216 individuals have received at least one dose of the vaccine in the country since March 2021, of which 969,209 have been fully vaccinated.
