Georgia reports 5,567 new cases of Covid, active cases stand at 46,309

Georgia has reported 5,567 new cases of coronavirus of 60,753 tests, 1,661 recoveries, and 36 deaths in the past 24 hours. 

46,309 remain infected with coronavirus in Georgia as of now.

The new cases for Tbilisi and regions are as follows: 
Tbilisi – 3,479 cases 
Adjara – 687 cases 
Imereti – 434 cases 
Kvemo Kartli – 159 cases 
Shida Kartli – 254 cases 
Guria – 130 cases 
Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti – 199 cases 
Kakheti – 130 cases 
Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 84 cases 
Samtskhe-Javakheti – 85 cases 
Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 26 cases

1,174,297 people have been fully vaccinated in Georgia since March 2021.

984,802 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed  in Georgia since February 26, 2020.

924,072 out  of 984,802 patients have recovered, while 14,395 have died from the virus.
