Georgian Airways offers charter flights to Euro 2024 football matches from 295 euros

Tbilisi-based Georgian Airways has announced the launch of ticket sales for charter flights tailored exclusively for football enthusiasts keen on supporting the Georgian national team in the upcoming Euro 2024 matches. 

The airline revealed on Monday that tickets for these special flights to three German cities are now on sale, with prices starting from 295 euros per passenger for a round-trip journey to or from the designated cities. This translates to a minimum of 590 euros.

The scheduled flights will operate as follows:

Departure from Tbilisi to Dortmund on June 17, with the return journey from Dortmund to Tbilisi scheduled for June 19.

Departure from Tbilisi to Hamburg on June 21, followed by the return journey from Hamburg to Tbilisi on June 23.

Departure from Tbilisi to Dusseldorf on June 25, with the return journey from Dusseldorf to Tbilisi set for June 27.

Limited availability for tickets at these prices has already been indicated on the airline’s website. 

This initiative came on the heels of Georgia’s victory over Greece on March 26 in the final match of the Euro 2024 qualifying stage, clinched in a gripping penalty shootout. 

Consequently, Georgia is now set to participate in three group stage matches across three different German cities: Dortmund, Hamburg, and Gelsenkirchen.
