Georgian defence minister discusses security with Azerbaijani president

Georgian defence minister Juansher Burchuladze has discussed security with Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev during his official visit to Baku, the Georgian defence ministry said on Tuesday.  

 

“The importance of strategic partnership and good-neighborly relations between the two countries was emphasized, as well as the growing dynamics of cooperation, which serves to strengthen ties between the countries. The parties also reviewed current and planned measures of cooperation in the field of defence in bilateral and trilateral formats”, said the body.
