Georgian parliamentary delegation with ruling party MPs may visit Ukraine this week

The Georgian parliamentary delegation may visit Ukraine at the end of the week. The delegation is expected to include the ruling Georgian Dream (GD)  party MPs, GD MP, former Health Minister of Georgia David Sergeenko stated today.

 

He said that the Georgian legislators have never refused to visit Ukraine.

 

“Moreover,  it is our obligation to visit the country now,”  Sergeenko said.

 

He stated that another working meeting on the issue will be held today.

 

“We are also communicating with Ukraine over the visit. Very likely the visit will take place at the end of the week, either on Friday or Saturday,” Sergeenko stated.

 

He said that the working meeting was scheduled at 6 p.m. today.
