Georgian PM discusses security, country’s EU integration with OSCE official

Georgian prime minister Irakli Garibashvili on Tuesday met with Bujar Osmani, the chairman-in-office of OSCE and discussed security, as well as his country’s European integration prospects, the government press office.
Garibashvili expressed gratitude to Osmani for the support demonstrated towards the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia and welcomed the “significant priorities” announced by North Macedonia during the OSCE Chairmanship, the press office noted.
Osmani, who visited the country on Monday, has also met with President Salome Zourabichvili and Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili, before visiting the Tserovani village outside Tbilisi, where he met with the country’s internally displaced population.
During the meeting he pledged the organization’s commitment to meet their humanitarian needs as part of Geneva International Discussions on Georgia’s conflict issues.
