The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, on Friday met with the Ambassador of the United Kingdom, Mark Clayton, who is currently on a diplomatic mission in Georgia, for a farewell meeting.

According to the government administration, the meeting highlighted the strategic partnership between Georgia and the United Kingdom.

The important contributions of the United Kingdom to the strengthening of Georgia’s state institutions were also noted.Kobakhidze expressed his gratitude to Ambassador Clayton for his support to Georgia and wished him success in his future endeavours.
