Georgian PM meets with business representatives to discuss crisis resolution

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze met with a group of business leaders at the government administration to discuss the political crisis in the country. The meeting, which began around 1:00 p.m., included various business persons, some of whom expressed support for the ruling Georgian Dream party’s policies, while others suggested that new elections might be necessary to resolve the ongoing political situation.
The meeting comes amid widespread protests in Georgia opposing the Government’s move last month to suspend EU accession talks until 2028.
