Georgian PM thanks UK for allocating £5mln against cyber threats

Georgian PM Irakli Garibashvili thanked the UK authorities on Thursday for ensuring  £5 million funding against security threats.

 

“We extremely value the £5m funding from our strategic partner, the UK, to strengthen Georgia’s resilience to external threats in cyberspace by contributing to both Georgian and European security!” Garibashvili tweeted.

 

The Georgian PM met with his British counterpart Boris Johnson in Madrid on Wednesday, on the sidelines of the NATO summit.
