Giorgi Jincharadze, the head of the government of Abkhazia's autonomous republic, cast his vote in Georgia’s local government elections on Saturday.

Speaking after voting, Jinjharadze emphasised that his vote reflected support for Georgia’s dignified future, stable development, and peaceful national unity.

“As a citizen of this country, I have cast my vote for Georgia’s dignified future, stability, development, and peace. This choice is not only about a political team; it is a decision rooted in values that unite our culture, traditions, and national interests.

I am confident that the citizens of Georgia will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, come to the polling stations, and make the choice that will lead our country toward unity.

Our vote is a responsibility toward the future, and the future points to a path of peace and unity,” Jinjharadze said.
