The Chairman of the Government of the Abkhazia Autonomous Republic, Giorgi Jincharadze, has awarded tablet computers to high-achieving students from Abkhazian public schools to support access to modern technologies and enhance the educational process.

Jincharadze met with the students at the Abkhazia Government building together with the Minister of Education and Culture of Abkhazia, Giorgi Dzadzamia. During the meeting, they congratulated the students on the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays and discussed the importance of supporting education and strengthening youth involvement in various initiatives.

“We met with successful students from Abkhazian public schools who have demonstrated high academic performance. Ahead of the New Year, we wanted to present them with gifts, and therefore handed over tablets. This gesture reflects the support of the Abkhazia Government and the Ministry of Education and Culture,” Jincharadze said.

Teachers and school principals from Abkhazian public schools also attended the meeting.

As part of the initiative launched by the Chairman of the Government, computer equipment was distributed to 15 outstanding students from Abkhazian public schools across the country.
