From September 24-27, 2024, the IRF’s Europe and Central Asia Congress took place in Bulgaria, focusing on the future of mobility and road infrastructure.

Giorgi Mamadashvili, founder of Elite Technology, participated in a panel discussion, sharing insights on the company’s work both in Georgia and abroad.

Mamadashvili also announced the company’s new education initiative, where they will train local professionals according to international standards, a project recently authorized in Georgia.

IRF, headquartered in Washington D.C. since 1948, is a global non-profit that supports a network across 70 countries, offering knowledge, advocacy, and best practices in road safety and infrastructure solutions.
