Gov’t announces full funding for liver transplant operation

The Georgian government on Monday announced it would fully finance the liver transplant operation, instead of the previous co-funding. 

The budget earlier covered ₾70,000 of ₾120,000 required for the operation, while attracting the remaining sum was difficult for the segment, Zurab Azarashvili, the Georgian health minister said.
