The Georgian Government on Monday announced funding of oncological surgery, both planned and emergency, for all cancer patients except for those having state-funded insurance, but noted war and the law enforcement veterans would be included in the list, as well as those over ₾40,000 ($15,000) income.

The Government also announced tightened regulations for dental clinics – for their launch and operations, and noted such clinics would have to assign an employee for infection control, and added the changes would come into play starting from next year.

The handover of properties to IPDs in central Georgia and planned HPPs have also been discussed, the Government press office said.
