Ilham Aliyev congratulates Irakli Gharibashvili on his appointment as Prime Minister of Georgia

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has congratulated Irakli Gharibashvili on his appointment as Prime Minister of Georgia.

Ilham Aliyev stressed the importance of productive cooperation and dynamic continuation of strategic partnership between the two countries.

"I sincerely congratulate you on your reappointment as Prime Minister of Georgia.

Azerbaijan and Georgia are linked by friendly and good-neighborly relations with deep historical roots. I believe that productive cooperation and strategic partnerships between our countries will continue dynamically and expand based on the will of our closely related nations.
