In Ukraine, 157 people died from COVID-19 per day, 7,893 cases of infection were recorded

More than 30 thousand infected with COVID-19 have died since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine. As of Monday morning, 7,893 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded, 2,993 people recovered, 157 patients died, said the Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov.

"7 893 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine as of March 22, 2021. In particular, 413 children and 161 health workers fell ill. Also, over the past day, 3 026 people were hospitalized; deaths – 157; recovered – 2 993 person, "- wrote Stepanov on his Facebook page on Monday morning.

The number of infected since the beginning of the pandemic on Monday morning was 1,554,256 people, 30,098 died from COVID-19, 1,260,842 people recovered.
