In Ukraine, 17,479 new cases of Covid-19 infection were recorded per day

In Ukraine, as of Friday morning, 17,479 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded, 12,054 people recovered, 438 patients died, the Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov said.
"17,479 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine as of April 16, 2021. In particular, 709 children and 378 health workers fell ill. Also, over the past day, 4,348 people were hospitalized; deaths – 433; recovered – 12,054 person, "- wrote Stepanov on his Facebook page on Friday morning.
The number of infected since the beginning of the pandemic on Friday morning was 1,921,244 people, 39,096 patients died, 1,465,820 people recovered.
