Invaders in Donbass fired at a number of Ukrainian positions, killed two soldiers

Five ceasefire violations were recorded in the area of ​​the Joint Forces operation during the day.

This is stated in the morning summary of the OOS press center. It is noted that not far from the village of Zaitsevo, the armed formations of the Russian Federation carried out targeted shelling of the positions of the Ukrainian defenders from sniper weapons.

"As a result of the shot, one soldier from the Joint Forces received a gunshot wound. The soldier was promptly provided with first aid, but, unfortunately, he died of his wounds during the evacuation to the hospital,"- the message says.

In addition, near Novomikhaylovka, the enemy opened fire from a large-caliber machine gun." – As a result of the shelling, one of the defenders of Ukraine was killed," – the press center said.

Also not far from Vodyanoy, in the Azov region, the Russian occupation forces opened fire towards the Ukrainian positions from a hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher. And in the area of ​​the settlement of Avdeevka, the enemy fired several shots from a grenade launcher. And near Luhansk, the invaders fired from grenade launchers of various systems and a large-caliber machine gun.

"The Ukrainian defenders provided an adequate response to the targeted shelling of the armed formations of the Russian Federation. The OSCE representatives were informed about the facts of violation of the ceasefire through the Ukrainian side of the JCCC," – the report says.
