PM Kobakhidze meets Chinese delegation to discuss ethnic affairs cooperation

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has met a delegation from China's National Ethnic Affairs Commission, led by Commissioner Qin Yizhi, to discuss bilateral cooperation and policies related to ethnic affairs.

According to the government administration, the meeting focused on the growing relationship between Georgia and China, including the elevation of ties to a comprehensive strategic partnership.

The two sides also discussed cooperation on ethnic affairs in both bilateral and international formats and expressed readiness to share experience in the field.

Officials reviewed Georgia's policies on civic equality and integration, including the country's 10-year strategy aimed at ensuring equal opportunities and promoting the inclusion of ethnic minority communities.
