Irakli Kobakhidze and Viktor orban

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze praised Hungary's continued support for Georgia’s European integration following a meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in Budapest.

In a post on social media platform X, Kobakhidze wrote:
“Had a great meeting with Prime Minister Orbán to discuss the growing partnership between Georgia and Hungary 🇬🇪🇭🇺. We deeply appreciate Hungary’s support for Georgia’s European integration and our shared commitment to regional peace and stability.”

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), where leaders and policymakers gathered to discuss global conservative strategies.

Kobakhidze emphasized the importance of Hungary's backing in Georgia’s path toward EU membership and noted the two countries’ shared values in promoting peace and stability in the region. The discussion also reflected the deepening bilateral relationship between Tbilisi and Budapest.
