Georgian PM discusses expanding cooperation with Council of Europe Secretary-General

Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze met with the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, Alan Berset, during the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly. Kobakhidze announced the meeting via social media, expressing gratitude to the Council of Europe for its support in Georgia’s reform process and efforts toward European Union integration.

The PM noted that the discussions focused on expanding cooperation in various sectors and strengthening joint efforts to address significant regional and global challenges.

“We discussed the expansion of cooperation across different areas, as well as the importance of collective action to tackle key regional and global challenges,” Kobakhidze wrote.
