Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, its leadership, and every police officer for their professional conduct during recent days, including the previous day’s events.

Speaking at a press conference, Kobakhidze emphasized that the Georgian police had operated according to standards even higher than those seen in the United States and Europe.

“I would like to once again thank the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Minister, and each police officer for their actions. Over the past few days, and especially yesterday, they have acted according to standards higher than the American and European ones. This is the level of professionalism we expect to continue,” Kobakhidze said.
