Georgia has begun implementing several joint projects with the United Arab Emirates, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said following a recent visit from UAE representatives.

Speaking at the Georgian Business Association’s conference on Friday, Kobakhidze highlighted that discussions during the visit covered a range of collaborative initiatives across multiple sectors. Practical work on these projects has already started, he added.

“The UAE visit included discussions on multiple joint projects, and implementation is already underway,” the prime minister said, stressing the importance of international partnerships for Georgia’s economic development.

He also underlined that such collaborations, alongside reforms in sectors like energy, aimed to accelerate the country’s economic growth and strengthen the business environment.
