Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Sunday congratulated the people of Ukraine on their Independence Day, wishing them “peace, stability, prosperity, and a bright future.”

“On behalf of the Government of Georgia and the Georgian people, I sincerely congratulate the people of Ukraine on Independence Day”, Kobakhidze said in his social media post.

“I wish you peace, stability, prosperity, and a bright future, and reaffirm our solidarity and friendship with the Ukrainian nation”, he added.
