Georgia, Armenia discuss strengthening defense ties

Friendly relations between Georgia and Armenia, along with cooperation in defense, were key topics of discussion on Monday during a meeting between Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan, the Government press office said.

The meeting emphasized that the strategic partnership declaration signed between the two countries served as a “solid foundation” for further deepening cooperation in “various areas”.
