Georgian PM meets Armenian Justice Minister during legal forum in Tbilisi

Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has met Armenia’s Minister of Justice, Srbuhi Galyan, who is in Tbilisi for the Georgian-Armenian Legal Forum, the Government Administration said on Monday.
According to the official statement, the meeting focused on the strategic partnership and good-neighbourly relations between Georgia and Armenia. The sides discussed cooperation in bilateral and international formats, with particular attention to ongoing collaboration in the field of justice and the importance of sharing experience between the two countries.
The conversation also highlighted the need to ensure sustainable peace in the South Caucasus and to support the region’s long-term stability and development.
The meeting, held at the Government Administration, was attended by Georgia’s Minister of Justice Paata Salia, Head of the Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani, Armenia’s Ambassador to Georgia Ashot Smbatyan, and Georgia’s Ambassador to Armenia Giorgi Sharvashidze.
