Georgian PM meets Ukrainian students at Government-funded summer camp

Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze, along with Minister of Education, Science and Youth Givi Mikanadze, Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili, and Chair of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Ukraine Giorgi Kakhiani, met with a group of Ukrainian students attending a government-supported summer camp in Georgia.

According to the Government Administration, the Prime Minister and ministers held a conversation with the students and hosted them for dinner.

The camp, running from June 30 to July 20, is hosting two groups of Ukrainian children, including those whose parents serve in the Ukrainian Armed Forces and children of fallen soldiers.

During their two-week stay, the students are taking part in a variety of cultural, educational, and recreational activities. They are also going on excursions to Tbilisi, Sighnaghi, and Bodbe.
