The International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED), one of Georgia’s leading election watchdogs, on Thursday appointed Levan Natroshvili as its new Executive Director.

Natroshvili replaces Nino Dolidze, whose term concluded in accordance with the organisation’s charter. His appointment was confirmed by ISFED’s board of directors.

With nearly two decades of experience across civil society, public service, and academic fields, Natroshvili has served as ISFED’s Deputy Executive Director since November 2022.

ISFED said Natroshvili has specialised in election monitoring and good governance since 2012. He is also a member of the OSCE/ODIHR Group of International Experts on Political Issues and is a certified election observer.
