Italian Prime Minister resigns

Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte officially announced his decision to leave his post on Tuesday morning to his ministers, Roman media reported.

He is expected to submit his resignation letter to President Sergio Mattarella in the near future. Tom will have to decide whether to give Conte a chance to form a new government or organize new elections in the country.

Conte's plans to leave his post due to differences in the ruling coalition became known on Monday.
